SHIPPING

We offer free USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2-3 day shipping across the continental USA. All packages are tracked and insured for safety.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there's a defect or problem with your order. However, we have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if something has been used.

 

If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at CoastalCoastersLI@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

 

All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

Items must be in unused, original condition to receive a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your order date.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, we can't make any changes since our team will have already started processing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your package is placed into the possession of USPS, we are no longer liable for it. But, we will do our best to help you locate or look into other options. Send an email to CoastalCoastersLI@gmail.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping will incur an additional fee. We do not offer international shipping directly on the website, but we can look into pricing for you. Please contact Coastal Coasters via email at CoastalCoastersLI@gmail.com.

We will need your mailing address and what you're looking to order. Once the shipping fee is established, the Coastal Coaster Team Member will send you a direct invoice for the item(s) you're looking to purchase along with the shipping fee.
